Edward Walter Maunder (April 12, 1851 – March 21, 1928) was an English astronomer best remembered for his study of sunspots and the solar magnetic cycle that led to his identification of the period from 1645 to 1715 that is now known as the Maunder Minimum.
Friederich Wilhelm Gustav Spörer (23 October 1822 – 7 July 1895) was a German astronomer. He is noted for his studies of sunspots and sunspot cycles. In this regard his name is often mentioned together with Edward Maunder. Spörer was first to note a prolonged period of low sunspot activity from 1645 to 1715, this period is known as the Maunder Minimum.
Richard Christopher Carrington (26 May 1826 – 27 November 1875) was an English amateur astronomer whose 1859 astronomical observations first corroborated the existence of solar flares as well as their electrical influence upon the Earth and its aurora; and whose 1863 records of sunspot observations demonstrated differential rotation in the Sun.

1500 - 1524
The French appoint all senior Church officials. The Pope is not allowed to issue a Papal Bull without the approval of Spain. Martin Luther speaks out about the sale of indulgences. The Spanish hunger for American gold, their bodies swelled with greed and their hunger is ravenous. The Roman Catholic Church begins slavery in America by proposing each Spanish settler bring a certain number of slaves. Permits are issued to regulate the number of slaves imported. If the Indians do not submit to slavery the death and devastation that follows is their responsibility.
1525 - 1541
The Pope gives the New World to Spain because the people are neither civilized nor Roman Catholic. France informs the Vatican and Spain that possession not discovery gave title to land. The Seigniorial system has the belief that France owns discovered lands. The Pope issued a Bull stating the Indians are truly men. The Jesuit Order is created with the motto adopt the methods of the devil for good purposes.
1541 - 1558
The Jesuits are taught the Absolute Ordinance it basically says if the Church teaches white is black, the Jesuits must believe it. This sounds like lunacy but Pope Pius X in 1910 also issued a similar form of thought control, Canon Law supports this type of thinking into the 21st Century. The unemployed in England are indentured for two years to a local farmer.  A second offence means a death sentence. The indenture process forced the peasants into a life long contract of slavery. The Seigniorial System in France serves the same purpose.
1559 - 1569
Religious wars ravage Europe. One summary of the periods says, we fought the first War like angels. The second war like men. The third war like the devils.  The English must attend Church or be fined. People are not allowed to move from parish to parish without permission. A Papal Bull stressed that the Christ killers (Jews) are, by nature, slaves.
1570 - 1584
The Pope issues a Papal Bull forbidding the admission to Holy Orders of the descendants of Jews to the fourth generation. Jesus and his disciples are effectively excluded as are the founding fathers of the church.
1585 - 1599
The Pope issues an irrevocable edict that only Roman Catholics can occupy France This principle would be applied to New France. England outlaws unauthorized assemblies and prohibits the formation of armed units.
1600 -1629
The English indenture out their own children and take in other children as slaves. Spain rejects witchcraft because the priests are obtaining confessions through torture. The Inquisition becomes self sustaining living off the property of the accused. The Roman Church searches for authority in books rather than open their eyes to the light of truth. The belief that truth can be discovered in physical nature is heresy. England copies the Vatican and begins selling political positions
1630 - 1659
France established their infamous principle "ONE KING, ONE FAITH, ONE LAW". Royal power is absolute, see the image of God in the King. The Roman Church believed free will, equality or democracy is the most serious heresy. France establishes the Secret Police.  Life is described as solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short. The average life expectancy is 25 years, 25% of children die before age one year. The English used Irish children as shields during war. The Roman Church undermined any attempts of religious freedom and instigated wars. A hundred times more people meet the gallows in France than were killed in war.
1660 - 1699
Children are frequently beaten to break their sinful ways. The Quakers were horrified at the sadism of child beating in England. The head of a house has absolute power, his wife and children belonged to him, mind, body and soul. England passes the Test Act that prevents any Catholic from holding public office The French Huguenots are forbidden to exercise their faith, or educate their children.
1700 - 1769 France uses secret council and secret police and severs relations with the vile creatures of the Vatican.  The Jesuit Order believes assassination is justified to achieve their objectives. Orkney believe in Telltown (trial marriages). This could be the basis of why they abandoned their wives and children in Canada. The Roman Church condemn freemasonry.
1771-1799 The Irish Orange Lodges are created to suppress freedom for Catholics.
In Canada the targets would change to Metis and Indians. France demands that priests give an oath of loyalty. One English book suggests that frequent whippings may be a very bad practice. This debate will go on into the twentieth century. Slavery is in conformity with Natural law and the Word of God.
1800 - 1849 The Vatican issues an encyclical denouncing freedom of conscience and freedom of the press. They also denounced the separation of Church and State. The ethnic cleansing of Italy began to drive out all Austrians. Austria had a standing army of men, a kneeling army of priests and a crawling army of informers. England began selling opium to China fully aware of its addictive nature. Many Europeans are using their basements as slaughterhouses this causes a foul smelling air and filth throughout the cities. Beating of children is a regular practice in homes and residential schools. Children in residential schools soon become strangers to their parents. England hangs a 7 year old child. The Factory Act limited child labor to a 12 hour day. The outlawing of the slave trade begins the Juvenile Deportation Act The Indenture or White Slave Trade is touted as a remedy for pauperism.
1850 - 1871 The individual is deemed of little importance.
Austria believes the highest manifestation of human existence is the State. Let us not be deluded by the various forms of European Government
they are all governing by the sword with vast standing armies. The British Juvenile Emigration Movement exported 80,000 children into foreign slavery. They called it indenture and those victims were so shamed they hid their background from wife and kids.
Those adults in Scotland who resisted deportation were hunted down like deer. The Vatican issued the Syllabus of Errors condemning
Labor Unions, Parliamentary Democracy or any form of Modern Civilization. The Pope claimed infallibility and as a result the Roman Church is excluded from the Education of children in Europe. The Pope becomes a prisoner of the Vatican.
1872 - 1899 The English formalize Eugenics, Hitler would perfect it. The Roman Church declared that freedom and truth are incompatible, basically truth can only come from the Church. Catholics are banned from participating in elections but Trade Unions are now allowed. The Roman Church's barbaric castration of young boys
to create adult sopranos is finally stopped.
The French follow the rest of Europe and banned Religious Orders from teaching in Public Schools.
1900 - 1939  England sends 7,000 ailing and feeble minded children age 2-3 years to New Brunswick they say for training but it is so as not to bleed England of her best stock.
The Germans declare that God has called on them to civilize the world. To prevent retaliation against the Germans and Italians the Vatican drops its dogma. The Dogma of collective Guilt, ( Original Sin, condemnation of Jews as killers of Christ). The Roman Church attempts radical reform but the infallibility claim slows progress. The Church of the past is slowly diminishing in authority. The English Church that runs the reformatory that sends children into foreign slavery says the boys should not be returned to parents who sweat them (work them too hard).

The premise is:-
High sunspot levels hold external radiation away from the Earth [cosmic and astrological]. Less clouds mean a hotter planet. Less astrological and occult books sold. Only sun/moon astrology and hence personal willpower.
Low sunspot levels allow cosmic rays to make clouds and convert nitrogen into oxygen. Higher Albedo means a cooler planet. Astrology has a stronger effect and esoteric book sales increase. Long periods of low sunspots give mini ice-ages and social reform. In the past such reform has been oppressive but as communication is much better these days perhaps it may be more oppressive.
For us the ‘11 yr cycle’ swings from  sun/moon nature consciousness to the full gamut of consciousness that astrology can give: and back again: and most of the time this ‘Janusness’ of ‘mind set changes’ gives us the ability to observe and access the counterpoise between them but with the inability to stay in the appropriate state long enough to benefit from awareness. A long period of low sunspot activity can give us a period of almost continuous astrological interaction without the 11 year rest we are used to, so we may be tender from the realities of our stars and our rulers stars. It may be a long period, and very cold. The mini ice age will help with global warming for a while, after the flooding of course, but famine and austerity and religious assault has been the norm for these periods in the past. Sorry for the gloom, but a good time for selling astrology books.                     back

High levels of sunspots allows the Suns aura to expand and act as a shield against outside cosmic forces.

Lower levels of sunspots reduces the size of the aura, allowing cosmic forces access to the Earth and us.

Sunspot levels normally change from high to low and back again every 11 yrs. and keep us balanced. Extended periods of low sunspots over-stimulate us astrologically (stars, as well as planets, figure in astrology) giving each of us much stronger provocations to our newly-found  personality. (You may have noticed the clutch of new prophets and control mongers). Nothing has really changed, it’s all just going on for longer.
